https://www.homecampus.com/Students must complete the online Athletic Clearance Process (including a physical performed by an MD, DO, PA, or NP) at least one day before tryouts/practice/games for all competitive sports.

Physical MUST be completed May 1, 2023 or later. Physicals completed prior to this date will not be accepted.
The completed physical form must be submitted when completing the online clearance.
A new online Athletic Clearance is needed every academic year.
